  OTF is great. I have gone to a few studios and Broomfield is by far my favorite. The coaches are constantly motivating you and pushing you to be better. The hour long session never feels like an hour. Even the 90 minute sessions fly by. Coaches do a great job of letting you know how much time is left in the block of work you’re on so you know you can finish! I have had several friends try it out and a few have signed up! We plan to keep burning!
